bdb22 Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bdb22 platform at bdb22.bio — whether by registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bdb22.

To register and maintain an account on bdb22 and to place bets or play casino games, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

bdb22 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account if eligibility requirements are found not to be met, at any point during the account's lifetime. Where an account is closed due to eligibility failure, any pending withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification before processing.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active bdb22 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different mobile number, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, contact bdb22 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdb22 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bdb22 cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login details secure. You should:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdb22 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdb22 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and KYC verification. bdb22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of the account holder's National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as the bdb22 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• ›Deposits made by bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the bdb22 account within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• ›Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• ›bdb22 reserves the right to delay, suspend or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or violation of these Terms and Conditions pending investigation.
• ›Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full cannot be withdrawn directly and must be played through the platform at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted.

bdb22 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions. Any dispute regarding a specific transaction should be reported to bdb22 support within 14 days of the transaction date; claims submitted after this period may not be honoured.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdb22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, Victory Day, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdb22 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a specific rule, the specific rule shall take precedence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdb22 platform — including but not limited to the bdb22 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, source code, game interfaces, promotional materials and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bdb22 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdb22 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the bdb22 platform, except as incidentally necessary for your own personal use of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability
